How thinkTRIBE is using AI to enhance CX Monitoring

That’s why our new AI-enhanced Service Level isn’t about replacing what makes our monitoring valuable, but enhancing it—with intelligent features that add automation, boost efficiency, and uncover deeper insights.

From 21st July 2025, we’ll begin rolling out AI-powered features as part of our CX Monitoring Service, starting with Self-Healing Journeys. These features are here to help users get more accurate insights, more efficiently, without the noise that slows teams down.

Our first AI feature allows us to minimise that. It detects minor journey changes—like a button renamed from “Add to Cart” to “Add to Basket”—and adapts the journey without raising a false error.
